Crathes school operates a reference
and lending library for the use of both pupils and the wider
community. The facility was opened in December 2004 thanks to
the financial assistance of Aberdeenshire County Council, MacKintosh
Plant Hire and a significant grant from the
Regulator of the Landfill Tax Credit Scheme, Entrust.
Pupils are routinely able to borrow books, on a weekly basis
during term time.
